OMO & CO. Fine Catering and Events Announces Expanded Partnership Team, Ushering in a New Era of Culinary Excellence and Elevated Event Experiences

Richmond’s world-cuisine-focused, full-service catering company, is proud to announce an expanded ownership and leadership team. Founder and Managing Partner Lisa Granger is joined by two new partners: Robert “Bob” Harr, Executive Chef, and Dakota R. Stroud, Partner and Director of Sales and Events. Together, the team brings decades of combined experience in hospitality, culinary leadership, sales, and event production—strengthening the company’s commitment to exceptional food, refined service, and beautifully executed events.

Since founding OMO & CO. in 2017, Lisa Granger has built the brand around a distinct point of view: cuisine and events guided by the high standards of fashion—luxury, sophistication, and an uncompromising eye for detail. Before launching OMO & CO., Granger built a career in fashion and luxury retail, later expanding into food and hospitality through Dean & Deluca’s renowned gifts and catering departments and the launch of her chef-driven café, The Fat Goat (formerly Zed), known locally for creative menus, organic ingredients, and standout presentation.

Now, OMO & CO. enters 2026 with a strengthened leadership bench and an energized vision for growth.

As Partner and Director of Sales and Events, Dakota R. Stroud leads growth and client experience with a relationship-first approach and a production-minded command of details. Stroud previously served with Omo in multiple leadership roles, most recently as Director of Events, where he guided high-touch planning processes and managed complex logistics across Virginia. In addition, he is an award-winning agricultural educator and advisor—bringing an authentic, values-driven perspective that aligns naturally with OMO & CO.’s farm-to-table philosophy and storytelling.

As Executive Chef and Partner, Robert “Bob” Harr brings a rare, generational perspective to the kitchen. A fourth-generation restaurateur, Harr’s roots trace back to his family’s diner in Rochelle, Illinois, and to Richmond restaurant operations led by his father. Harr began his career in the dish pit and prep rooms, later building a diverse culinary résumé that includes formative experiences in Oregon and Portland, pastry training, and years of front- and back-of-house leadership. He went on to help open and run a second Extra Billy’s location with an attached brewery for 16 years, contributed to several of Richmond’s notable restaurant groups and concepts, and served as Production Chef at Stella’s—shaping his ability to execute at both creative and operational levels.

With Granger’s creative direction, Harr’s culinary leadership, and Stroud’s client and event expertise, OMO & CO. is positioned to serve both returning and new clients with even greater depth and consistency—whether for weddings, corporate gatherings, nonprofit galas, private celebrations, or multi-day events.
