In 2017, Lisa Granger founded OMO & CO. with a singular aim: to create unforgettable events with an unmatched dedication to craft and care. OMO & CO. is designed to go beyond serving a meal—curating moments that linger, immersing guests in a world of taste, aesthetics, and emotion.
Granger thoughtfully selected each dish on the OMO menu, reflecting a spirit of exploration—from an alleyway eatery in Morocco to a bustling market in India to a corner bistro in France. Yet it’s not about imitation; it’s about honoring what made those experiences memorable and translating that feeling to the table. At OMO & CO., authenticity goes beyond ingredients—it lives in the intention behind every dish, paying tribute to its cultural roots and celebrating the richness of global cuisine.

In 2026, Founder and Managing Partner Lisa Granger is joined by two new partners: Robert “Bob” Harr, Executive Chef, and Dakota R. Stroud,
Partner and Director of Sales and Events. Together, the team brings decades of combined experience across culinary leadership, event production, hospitality operations, and client services— strengthening OMO & CO.’s commitment to exceptional food, refined service, and impeccably executed events.
This next chapter is about building on everything our clients already love—while raising the bar in culinary creativity, hospitality, and execution.
